What a tricky question! I enjoy reading and viewing a wide variety of genres. I especially enjoy reading biographies and autobiographies as I am inspired by the lives and experiences of others. Although I have never really been a huge fan of science-fiction, in recent years friends have recommended sci-fi novels that, I must admit, I have really enjoyed. I am fascinated by the 'what if' question that is posed in sci-fi texts. As an English teacher, I am constantly reading teen fiction in the hope of finding novels that students at SJL will (hopefully) love! If anyone read a fantastic novel over the holidays, I'd love to hear from you. Mrs. Meredith
hi everyone!!! my favourite genre is comedy.i like comedy because i love laughing. some of my other favourites is fantasy. i like all mythical creatures except for monsters, they scare me. i sorta like romance but not all the time depend what type it is. bye cya later
i like lots of different genres but my favourite one would have to be..... comedy because it is funny and some of my favourite shows are comedy shows... like the simpsons and futurama and family guy and iCalry...it also makes ma laugh when i watch it and it will always put a smile on my face..:)
i like historical because you can discover how people lived and survived in the olden days with no power. Because now we have things that do everything for us.
Hi Jeau! I really love fantasy too. I especially like the magical and supernatural elements of a fantasy story. I like being swept up in a make believe land. Harry Potter is one of my all time favourite fantasy movies. Thanks for the detail in your response.
Hi Amelia! I also love the historical genre, especially texts set in medieval times. I particularly like the story of King Arthur and Camelot. I enjoy watching the TV show Merlin and enjoy the fantasy elements such as dragons and witches. Thanks for your contribution.

I like lots of different geres for many reasons but I would have to say that my fav genre would have to be horror or comedy.....I love horror because I think it is funny when I get scared and I like trying to find out when the scary thing is going to happen.....and I love comedy because I love a good laugh.....but something I really love is when I see a horror comedy!!!!!

i think think the hisorical genre is boring. i dont really like action but sometimes i do watch it coz my dad does.
